Legal Description: East Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E ½, E ½, SW ¼) and the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) including RR ROW in Section Eighteen (18) Township Five North (T5N), Range Four West (R4W) of the 6^th P.M., Fillmore County, Nebraska, 198.75 acres more or less.

Equipment: 8” well and pump. The electric motor, center pivot, irrigation pipe and all other irrigation equipment is owned by the tenant and is not included in this transaction.

Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment and improvements sell in “as is” condition.
