Comments: The auction will consist of an excellent pivot irrigated farm located just west of Hastings, Nebraska. This area is known for good supplies of underground water, excellent soil types and competitive markets for the crops grown, located right along US Hwy 6 this farm will make an excellent addition to someone’s operation.
Farm Location: From the intersection of US Hwy 281 and US Hwy 6 on the south side of Hastings, Nebraska go 3 ½ miles west on US Hwy 6. (Just west of Adams Central High School)
Legal Description: East Half (E ½), Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) except tract for hwy and except EMA Acres in Section Seventeen (17), Township Seven North (T7N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, 72.6 acres more or less.
Equipment: 2003 T-L 7 tower center pivot, Amarillo 80 hp 11:10 ratio gear head, well and pump.
Possession: Full possession for the 2013 crop year will be granted.
Terms: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before December 3, 2012 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2012 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment sells in as is condition.
