This auction will consist of an excellent irrigated Adams County, Nebraska farm. The farm is currently being irrigated from a center pivot on the adjacent piece of land and is not included in this transaction. This gently rolling farm has excellent soil types and was previously gravity irrigated.
Legal Description: The West Half, Northwest Quarter (W ½, NW ¼) of Section Two (2), Township Six North (T6N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, 80.78 acres more or less.
Location: From Hastings, Nebraska go 3 miles south on US Hwy 281 to Oak Ridge Road, then 1 mile west.
