Farm Location: The farm is located on the south side of Red Cloud, Nebraska ¼ mile west of US Hwy 281 on F Road.

Legal Description: Lot 1 in W ½ and GV Lot 1-3 in S ½ and W ½, NE ¼ and NW ¼, SE ¼ in Section 11-T1N-R11W Webster County, Nebraska 289.65 acres more or less.

Improvements: 32’x 40’ Quonset building with concrete floor and 2 grain bins.

Description: This is a very nice non irrigated farm consisting of 285.1 cropland acres with nearly level terrain located in close proximity to a grain handling facility. The balance will be due on or before April 29, 2016 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2015 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment and improvements sell in “as is” condition.
