proceedings. It is a privately owned property, being offered for sale at public auction at the seller’s direction. Auction closing is November 13, 2025, at 7pm soft close. LIST PRICE IS OPENING BID AND MEETS THE RESERVE. Final price will be determined via the auction. Seller reserve is $750,000.
