TERMS

Property is being sold online only. Auction closing is Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at 7pm soft close. The list price is suggested opening bid only. Final price will be determined via the auction. Final bid is subject to seller confirmation.  Seller has the right to refuse any offer. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the sales price. (For example - if you bid $100,000 the total contract price will be $110,000.) A payment of $10,000 earnest money will be due within 24 hours of the auction closing. The balance will be due by wire or certified funds on or before September 28th, 2025. Possession will be given at closing.
