March Firearms & Sportsman’s Auction

Internet only auction with lots beginning to close at 7PM on Monday, March 3rd.  Soft Close with bids extending on any lots until all bids are exhausted.

 

Preview is Thursday, February 27th from 3-5PM at the Ruhter Auction & Realty Sale facility.

Ruhter Auction & Realty is a licensed FFL dealer and will legally transfer all firearms to the new owner, whether picked up in person or shipped out of the area.

 

Terms and Conditions

Buyer Premium is 10%, Sales Tax is 5.5% unless tax-exempt. 

 

MUST HAVE NEBRASKA HANDGUN PERMIT OR CONCEAL CARRY OR FFL LICENSE.

 

All out of state buyers will have to be shipped to locall FFL license holder.

 

NOTE: All FFL transfers will wncur a $25 fee/per Firearm.  

 

Pickup dates are Tuesday, March 4th and Wednesday, March 5th from 12pm-5pm each day. 

 

All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.  Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representation.  In no event shall Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

 

Bidders who bid from offsite acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examine it in person.  Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.  Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

 

Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through HiBid, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer.  Full possession will be given upon confirmation of the full payment being made by the purchaser.

 

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during this timed auction.  Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.  Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

 

Nebraska sales tax applies to all bidders unless we are provided with a dealer tax exempt Form 13 at time of registration. 

 

Any firearm or ammunition needing shipped will incur shipping and handling fees due to the buyer.  Some firearms may not be legal in Bidder's jurisdiction.  If a buyer is unable to take legal delivery of any firearm, the firearm will stay at Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc to resell the firearm at absolute auction at a future date with a commission of 25%. 

 

Firearms & ammunition will be shipped through Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Primers and gun powder CANNOT be shipped.
