Location: From Hastings go 2 miles east on Hwy 6 to Pawnee Ave, then 1 mile north.

Tract 1 

Legal Description: Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) except McWhirter Subdivision in Section Ten (10), Township Seven North (T7N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6th P.M. Adams County, Nebraska 154.71 acres more or less.

Location: This farm lies just east of Tract #5. From Hwy 281 & 70th Street go 1 ½ miles east.

Legal Description: East Half, Southeast Quarter (E ½, SE ¼) except Tax Lots 2 & 3 in Section (17), Township Eight North (T8N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6th P.M. Adams County, Nebraska 68.91 acres more or less.

Terms: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before December 1, 2020 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2020 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. The buyer will be responsible for all subsequent taxes. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment and improvements sell in “as is” condition.
