Highlights include a low-hour 2023 Case IH 7250 combine, Case IH and John Deere tractors, harvest equipment, semis and grain trailers, a CAT wheel loader, planting and tillage equipment, seed tenders, trailers and much more.

HARVEST EQUIPMENT
An outstanding harvest lineup led by a 2023 Case IH 7250 Combine with just 1,140 engine hours and 774 separator hours. Also selling is a 2015 Case IH 4412 12R30 cornhead, 2007 Case IH 2062 30′ flex draper, 2012 Geringhoff Rota-Disc 12R30 cornhead, 2009 J&M 1151 grain cart, and two Patriot header trailers.

TRACTORS
A strong selection of tractors includes a 2011 Case IH 340 Magnum with 6,707 hours, 2000 John Deere 8110 with 8,429 hours, 2008 New Holland T2320 with 3,229 hours and 260TL loader, 1982 International 5488 with 9,956 hours, and an International-Farmall F656 tractor.

TRUCKS & TRAILERS
The transportation lineup features two 2006 Freightliner Columbia 112 semis with CAT C13 engines, along with 2000 and 1999 Timpte Super Hopper grain trailers and a 1998 Wilson DWH-400 grain trailer. Additional trailers include a 2022 Big Tex 140A flatbed, 2013 Load Trail 7′ x 16′ utility trailer, 2003 Titan gooseneck dumpbox trailer, 1997 Donahue 30′ dual tandem flatbed, Bear Track aluminum utility trailer, DCT tandem-axle tilt bed trailer, and custom-made 500-gallon fuel trailer.

PAYLOADER, DIRT SCRAPER & FORKLIFT
Heavy equipment includes a 1995 CAT 914G 4WD wheel loader with 6,295 hours, Toreq Model 9000 ejection-style dirt scraper, and CAT T60B LP forklift with 6,500-lb. capacity and side shift.

PLANTING, ROW CROP & SEED EQUIPMENT
A versatile lineup for planting and crop production includes a Case IH 1230 Early Riser 16R30 stack-fold planter, Strip-Cat 16R30 strip till machine, Hiniker 6000 16R30 row crop cultivator, Hawkins 16R30 hiller/ditcher, Blu-Jet 8R36 cultivator, 2021 Patriot Model 100 two-box seed tender, two ADS two-box bulk seed tenders, Yetter 1,600-gallon All-Steer liquid tank, Ag Spray LA7000 liquid applicator, and 300-gallon helicopter saddle tanks.

TILLAGE & FIELD EQUIPMENT
Field equipment is highlighted by a 2010 Landoll VT Plus 7431-29 vertical till machine, plus a Case IH 496 24′ disk, Case 4600 field cultivator, Case IH 568 rolling stalk chopper, Besler 20836 rolling stalk cutter, Besler 4R36 deep ripper, John Deere disk, and J&M stalk roller.

MOWING & SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
Rounding out the auction is a wide variety of useful farm equipment including a Rhino FR10 rotary cutter, John Deere MX10 shredder, Rhino SE-6 shredder, New Holland 105A HD 78″ roto tiller, Bison 300XHD rear blade, Wemhoff 12′ box blade, two Snyder Industries 3,000-gallon poly tanks, custom-built fuel trailer with service body, and custom-made 3-point bale spear.

TERMS & CONDITIONs

A 5% buyer’s premium, capped at $1,000 will apply unless otherwise noted. All property is sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Therefore, bidders understand and acknowledge they may not be able to inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. Ultimately, it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, or other determining factors of the item.

Additionally, Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. will make every effort to describe each item in detail and provide any pertinent information. However, the company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the item descriptions unless there is a material and intentional misrepresentation.

Hour meter and odometer readings reflect what is shown at the time of consignment, but no guarantees are made regarding accuracy. By bidding, the buyer agrees that all items are sold “AS IS” and acknowledges that no returns will be accepted.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Cash and checks are accepted at auction pickup within 7 days of the auction. Credit cards are accepted for purchases under $2,500; a 5% credit card fee applies.

Wire transfers are subject to a $30 fee and are due by Monday, September 14 at 3:00 PM. No exceptions. Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. will email invoices and wire transfer instructions to winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.

TITLE FEES

There is a $25 title processing fee on all titled items, which will be charged to the buyer. Titles will be mailed by certified mail. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Furthermore, Ruhter Auction & Realty is not responsible for lost titles.

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL

Before removal, all items must be paid for in full and released by Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. No equipment may be removed from the property prior to payment and release.

Loading will be available Monday–Tuesday, September 14–15, from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Loading and pickup will be available by appointment only Wednesday–Friday, September 16–18. Buyers needing to pick up during these dates must make arrangements in advance.

All purchased items must be removed no later than Friday, September 18, 2026, unless prior arrangements have been approved. Any items not removed by September 18 must have prior removal arrangements approved by Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. and the seller.

RISK OF LOSS

Once payment is made, ownership transfers to the buyer, who then assumes full responsibility for theft, vandalism, fire, lack of security, accidental loss, and any acts of God.
