Farm Location: From Doniphan go 1 mile south on US Hwy 281 then ½ mile east on Binfield Road.

Legal Description: Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Eight (8), Township Nine North (T9N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6^th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, 160 acres more or less.

Description: This is a very nice pivot irrigated farm with nearly level terrain and productive soils. According the Central Platte NRD there are 144.8 certified irrigated acres. The access to this property is excellent and there is a seed production facility, feedlots, grain terminals and an ethanol plant near this farm to provide very competitive markets for the crops grown.

Equipment:  This farm has been in transition from gravity to pivot irrigation and includes a T-L 8 tower pivot, corner system not included. The condition of the pivot is unknown. There is 3 phase service to the northwest corner of the farm and the well has a new GE 75 HP electric motor. The well has been replaced in March 2014 with a 10″ pump set up for 1,100 gallons at 45 lbs. of pressure to run a swing arm system.
