A 5% buyer’s premium, capped at $1,000 per item, will apply to all purchases.
All property sells “AS IS,” and all sales are final. Bidders must determine each item’s condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor before bidding.
Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. will endeavor to describe each item and provide pertinent information. However, the company is not responsible for errors or omissions unless a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item occurs.
Bidders who place bids off site understand they may not inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. Bidders accept all items “AS IS” and acknowledge that purchased items may not be returned.
Hour meter and odometer readings reflect what is shown at the time of consignment. Hours and mileage are not guaranteed to be accurate.
AUCTION CLOSING
The auction closes Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The Chevrolet C60 is scheduled to close at 12:00 PM CDT, followed by the Ford F600 at 12:01 PM CDT. Refer to each AuctionTime listing for the current closing time.
PAYMENT TERMS
All items must be paid for by wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction. Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. will email winning bidders their invoices and wire transfer instructions after each item sells.
Credit card payment is accepted on items selling for less than $1,000. A 5% administrative fee applies to all credit-card payments.
TITLE FEES
A $25 title processing fee per item will be charged to the buyer. Titles will be mailed by certified mail. Please allow up to 30 days for titles to be mailed.
Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. is not responsible for lost titles.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Before removal, all items must be released by Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. Buyers must remove their purchases from the seller’s location within 30 days of the auction.
A $25-per-day storage fee will apply to items not removed within 30 days. No exceptions.
If an item is not removed within 60 days, it may be offered in the next available AuctionTime auction. Storage fees, handling costs, and sales commissions associated with removal and resale will be deducted from the final sale price. Any remaining proceeds will be returned to the abandoning buyer.
RISK OF LOSS
Ownership transfers to the buyer upon payment. The buyer assumes full responsibility for theft, vandalism, fire, lack of security, accidental loss, and acts of God.
Items located at the Ruhter Auction Equipment Yard become the buyer’s property upon payment. Buyers remain responsible for picking up all purchases within the required 30-day period.
LOADING
Both trucks are located at the Ruhter Auction Equipment Yard, 5142 West Highway 6, Hastings, Nebraska.
Loading hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. An appointment is required.
Loading times and dates must be agreed upon between the buyer and seller. Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. acts as a liaison between the parties and is not responsible for any loading fees charged by the seller.
