This catalog brings together firearms, ammunition and sportsman’s equipment from multiple consignors, including rifles, shotguns and handguns from manufacturers such as Remington, Winchester, Browning, Beretta and Ruger. The inventory also includes ammunition in a variety of calibers and gauges, alongside sporting goods such as Weaver and Burris scopes, gun cases, protective sleeves and tripods. Public Preview Date
A public preview is scheduled for Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 from 3:00-5:00pm at the Ruhter Auction & Realty Auction Facility.

Shipping Available
Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. All out-of-state firearm purchases will be shipped to and transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Please be aware of shipping restrictions.

A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases.
All property sells “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Therefore, bidders must determine condition, age, genuineness, value, and suitability before bidding.
Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. may describe items through advertising, online listings, or auction materials. However, the company makes no warranties or guarantees. Additionally, Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. is not responsible for errors or omissions unless a material and intentional misrepresentation occurs.
Bidders who place bids off site understand they may not inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. As a result, bidders accept all items “AS IS” and acknowledge that no returns or refunds are allowed.
Furthermore, bidders waive any claim against Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. if internet service fails during this timed auction. The auction company is not responsible for missed bids from any source and may withdraw or re-catalog items at any time.
Purchasers must have a Nebraska Handgun Permit, Conceal Carry, or a FFL License. All out of state buyers will have to be shipped to local FFL License holders. All buyers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long gun ammunition & 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
AUCTION CLOSING & PICKUP
This is an online-only auction. The auction begins closing Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM with time extensions.
Pickup will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 28 & 29, 2026, from noon–5:30 PM each day. All winning bidders must use the Shipping Saint scheduler to reserve a pickup appointment. Please watch for an email after the auction concludes. Shipping is available at the buyers expense. All out of state firearm shipping will be transferred to FFL licenses. There is a $25 transfer fee associated.
PAYMENT TERMS
Buyers may pay by cash, check, or certified funds. Credit cards are accepted; however, a 5% administrative fee applies.
Responsibility for purchased items transfers to the buyer upon successful purchase. Full possession will be granted only after confirmation of full payment.
SALES TAX
A 5.50% Nebraska sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption is on file. This requirement applies regardless of the bidder’s state of residence. Vehicles are exempt from sales tax.
Buyers claiming tax-exempt status must notify Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. before the auction begins. Dealers requesting tax-exempt status must complete and sign Nebraska Form 13 and email it to auctions@ruhterauction.com before the auction concludes. Tax-exempt documentation must be on file before the auction closes. Contact Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. if you need a copy of the form. No exceptions.
TITLE FEES
All titled vehicles and trailers include a $25 title processing fee, added to the final purchase price.
