All property is sold “AS IS,” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.

Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
Hour meter and odometer readings reflect what is shown at the time of consignment, but no guarantees are made that the hours and miles are accurate. The bidder agrees that everything is sold “AS IS” and that they may not return any item they purchase.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All items must be paid for by WIRE TRANSFER within 24 hours of the auction. Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. will email all winning bidders wire transfer instructions and invoices after each item sells.
Credit card payment is accepted on items less than $1,000. A 5% FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL CREDIT CARDS.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Prior to removal, all items must be released by Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. All items must be removed from the seller’s location within 30 days of the auction.
A $25-PER-DAY STORAGE FEE WILL BE DUE ON ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN 30 DAYS—NO EXCEPTIONS!
If the buyer does not remove an item within SIXTY (60) days, the item may be placed for sale in the next available AuctionTime auction. All storage fees, handling costs, and sales commissions for the removal and resale of the item will be deducted from the final sale price. Any remaining proceeds will be returned to the abandoning buyer.
RISK OF LOSS
It is the buyer’s responsibility to have all items picked up within 30 days of purchase. Ownership of the item will transfer upon payment. The buyer assumes full responsibility for theft, vandalism, fire, lack of security, loss from accident, and all acts of God.
LOADING
The disk is located near Fairfield, Nebraska. Loading times and dates must be agreed upon between the buyer and seller, with no exceptions.
Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. will work as a liaison between the buyer and seller only. The auction company is not responsible for any potential loading fees charged by the seller.
