Auction Terms & Conditions
The property is being sold through an online-only public auction at the seller’s direction. This privately owned property is not bank-owned, lender-owned, or the result of foreclosure proceedings.
The auction begins closing Monday, October 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM with a soft close. The $100,000 list price is the opening bid only. The final purchase price will be determined through the online auction.
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total contract price.
Example: A winning bid of $100,000 results in a $110,000 contract price.
A $5,000 earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction closing. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or certified funds on or before November 20, 2026. Possession will be granted at closing.
