The auction will be conducted at the Blue Hill Community/Senior Center, (west entrance) 555 W. Gage, Blue Hill, Nebraska.

Location: From the intersection of US Hwy 281 & US Hwy 4 go ½ mile south on US Hwy 281. From Red Cloud go about 14 miles north on US Hwy 281.

Legal Description: Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) less 12.81 acres in Section Twenty-five (25), Township Four North (T4N), Range Eleven West (R11W) of the 6^th P.M., Webster County, Nebraska, 142 acres more or less.

Description: This farm consists of 89.17 acres of level to gently rolling cropland with mostly Hastings silt loam soil with the balance in pasture and native grasses. Terms: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before December 27, 2013 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2013 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller.
