Farm Location: From Lawrence go 3 ½ miles west on Hwy 4 to Hwy 78 (Rd 2200) then 2 ½ miles north. (17 miles south of the Hwy 6 & Showboat Blvd intersection on the southeast side of Hastings)

Legal Description: Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section Ten (10), Township Four North (T4N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6^th P.M. Webster County, Nebraska 160 acres more or less.

Terms: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before December 18, 2017 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2017 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller.
