Terms: A nonrefundable, earnest money deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The buyer will be responsible for all subsequent taxes. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. The sellers will convey fee simple title subject to any existing highways, easements, reservations, or encumbrances of record on file with Seward County, Nebraska Register of Deeds.
