A high quality tilled tract. Rolling in topography but a great producer. There are areas of native grassland and waste acres in the eastern portion of the tract.
W ½ Except the NW ¼ NW ¼ 15-2S-13W, Smith County, Kansas. (Approximately 280 acres)
This is a blend of excellent quality tilled land as well as an area of high quality habitat and grass. (This tract will be offered in two separate tracts and as a whole.) Tract 2A includes approximately 137.21 of predominantly crop land. Tract 2B includes 141.61 acres of habitat land and crop land. Consult the PIP for approximate acres of each class. TERMS: A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before March 22, 2016 by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the account of the closing agent. The 2015 and all prior taxes will be paid by the seller. Full possession for the 2016 crop year will pass to the purchaser upon closing along with limited possession to prepare for the 2016 crop year upon the receipt of the down payment.
