Method of Sale: These 2 tracts will be offered separately and in combination and will be sold in the manner best suiting the seller.
Location of Farms: From the west side of Trumbull go about 2 ½ miles south on Heartland Avenue or Road A, or from the intersection of US Hwy 281 and Lochland Road on the north side of Hastings go about 5 miles east.
Tract #1:
Legal Description: Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Eight North (T8N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, 160 acres more or less.
Description: This property features 138.3 acres of rolling farmland irrigated by a center pivot and a building site with a 1979 split level home. There is underground pipe from the well to allow for gravity irrigation of the east pivot corners. The balance of the acres are in native grass. There have been buildings recently removed that allow the pivot to make a full circle.
