Join us for our June 15, 2026 Firearm & Ammunition Auction featuring a growing selection of long guns, handguns, and several hundred lots of ammunition, reloading supplies, gunsmithing tools, and sporting goods. We are actively taking consignments now, making this a great opportunity to get your items in front of motivated buyers. Current highlights include a Savage Model 12 FV-S .260 Ackley Improved rifle, Savage Model 72 .22 LR rifle, Remington 870 Express Super Magnum 12 gauge shotgun, Stevens Favorite .32 Long rifle, and an AirForce R0401 .22 caliber air rifle.
Items will continue to be added in the coming weeks, so be sure to monitor the auction catalog for updates. Previews are planned for the first week of June. The auction will begin closing Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM with time extensions. Pickup will be held Wednesday and Thursday, June 17th and 18th from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM each day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases.
All property sells “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Therefore, bidders must determine condition, age, genuineness, value, and suitability before bidding.
Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. may describe items through advertising, online listings, or auction materials. However, the company makes no warranties or guarantees. Additionally, Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. is not responsible for errors or omissions unless a material and intentional misrepresentation occurs.
Bidders who place bids off site understand they may not inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. As a result, bidders accept all items “AS IS” and acknowledge that no returns or refunds are allowed.
Furthermore, bidders waive any claim against Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. if internet service fails during this timed auction. The auction company is not responsible for missed bids from any source and may withdraw or re-catalog items at any time.
Purchasers must have a Nebraska Handgun Permit, Conceal Carry, or a FFL License. All out of state buyers will have to be shipped to local FFL License holders. All FFL transfers will incur a $25 fee/per firearm. All buyers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long gun ammunition & 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
AUCTION CLOSING & PICKUP
The auction begins closing Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM with time extensions. Pickup will occur Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18, from 12:00 to 5:30 PM ONLY.
All items must be removed by 5:30 PM. Therefore, any items not picked up by that time will be forfeited. No refunds will be granted.
Shipping is available, however it is not offered on ammunition or all items.
PAYMENT TERMS
Buyers may pay by cash, check, or certified funds. Credit cards are accepted; however, a 5% administrative fee applies.
Once the buyer completes payment, responsibility for the item transfers immediately. Full possession occurs only after confirmed payment.
SALES TAX
A 5.50% Nebraska sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption is on file. This requirement applies regardless of the bidder’s state of residence. Vehicles are exempt from sales tax.
Buyers claiming tax-exempt status must notify Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. before the auction begins. Dealers must submit Nebraska Form 13 before auction close. No exceptions apply.
TITLE FEES
All titled vehicles and trailers include a $25 title processing fee, added to the final purchase price.
