FARM LOCATION: From the west side of Inavale, Nebraska, 3 miles north to the southeast corner of Tract #2. Tract #1 lies adjacent to the west of tract #2. Tract #3 lies 1/2 mile south of tract #1.

This is a level to rolling quarter section of predominantly in crop ground with the exception of a few smaller areas of tree stands and shelterbelt. There is a 7 tower T-L pivot serving a portion of the tract with water from a well located on the tract. Exact irrigated acres well be in the PIP. This is a very productive farm.

Tracts #1 & #2 will be offered in separate tracts and as a combination and sold in the manner best suited to the seller. Tract #3 will be sold as a single tract.
