Hour meter & odometer readings reflect what is shown at time of consignment, but make no guarantees that the hours and miles are accurate. Bidder agrees that everything is sold “AS IS” and that they may not return any item they purchase.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
**All items must be paid for by WIRE TRANSFER within 24 hours of the auction. Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. will email all winning bidders wire transfer instructions and invoices after each item sells. Credit card payment is accepted on any items less than $1,000. A 4% FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL CREDIT CARDS.
TITLE FEES
***There is a $25 title processing fee on all items that will be charged to the buyer. Titles will be mailed certified. Allow up to 30 days for titles to be mailed. Ruhter Auction & Realty is not responsible for lost titles. ***
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Prior to removal, all items must be released by Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. All items must be removed from seller location within 30 days of the auction. A $25/DAY STORAGE FEE WILL BE DUE ON ITEMS NOT REMOVED IN 30 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
If buyer does not remove item within SIXTY (60) days, item may be placed for sale in the next available AuctionTime auction. All storage fees, handling costs, and sales commissions for the removal and “re-sale” of the item will be deducted from the final sale price. Any remaining proceeds will be returned to the abandoning buyer.
RISK OF LOSS
It is the buyer’s responsibility to have all items picked up within 30 days of purchase. Ownership of the item will transfer upon payment. The buyer assumes full responsibility for theft, vandalism, fire, lack of security, loss from accident, and all acts of God.
