This auction will feature 2 tracts of high quality irrigated farmland along with some pastureland. This area is known for good supplies of underground water and very competitive markets for the crops produced.
Location of Farms: From the Interstate 80 interchange at Wood River, Nebraska go about ½ mile north to Burmood Road, then 4 miles west to McGuire Road, then 2 miles south to Tract #2. Then, for Tract #1 go 1 ½ miles east on Lepin Rd.

Legal Description: West Half (W ½), Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine North (T9N), Range Twelve West (R12W) of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska 80 acres more or less.
