The owner has determined that Adams County operated a small County landfill  from 1971 to 1976 when it was closed and covered. It is the owner’s understanding that only household waste was deposited. The owners have retained GSI Engineering, LLC, a reputable and established environmental consulting firm, to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment consistent with the technical scope and objectives prescribed by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E-1527-21 Standard Practice for Environmental Site assessments standards. The buyer of this property takes free of liability as a bona fide prospective purchaser after the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is completed and delivered prior to closing the purchase.
